I can help your group in exactly the same way as I help individuals and families: through one to one therapy sessions as well as through training, and talks – stress management and awareness, improving communications within teams and general self esteem in the workplace. The feedback I have received is that participants enjoy my informal and interactive yet professional and informed style. Most of this work has been through recommendation – clients asking me to come into their workplace.

However, my vision is to make a difference on a larger scale, to create a Personal Development Programme that participants become committed to utilising as a way forward to proactive health, well being and accessing their full potential in every aspect of life. To that end I have designed a motivational and educational series of training based on proven approaches. Approaches which incorporate relaxation, motivation, performance, focus, resolve, resilience, awareness and insight into lifestyle. This training is not simply to prevent or alleviate the potentially debilitating symptoms of stress but to enable the state of mind that makes effectiveness easy and proper performance as natural as breathing.

I am determined to make a difference on a large scale, not just for the participants themselves, but to society as a whole. (It is estimated that stress related problems cost the NHS around £5 billion per year. This is not sustainable if the NHS is to provide care on a wider scale to a growing and rapidly ageing population). It is also not sustainable in a workplace already fraught with financial pressure.
